The Help Center

Today we introduced a very robust and easy-to-use Help Center for our customers. In addition to offering our customers the ability to quickly and easily ask questions of the staff, we also introduced our KnowledgeBase articles which we have been accumulating.

Our developers did a beautiful job with this system. One of the things I like best about it is the ability we at have to start a question and answer session based on e-mails received or phone conversations with customers. After one day’s worth of use, our customers have given us their seal of approval!
